Each call is graded using a set of criteria based upon a number of multifamily-relevant categories including greeting, leasing needs identification, leasing lead follow up, leasing lead closing steps and fair housing. CallMaX provides predefined categories based on extensive research that can be used to compare against industry benchmarks.
