Let‘s meet the CallMaX team.
John Lamb joined CallMaX in the summer of 2014 as COO and brings with him more than 30 years of experience developing and marketing software technology solutions. He is not new to CallMaX having served on its original Board of Advisors in 2003. Most recently Mr. Lamb was General Manager for EbixBenergy operations, a part of Ebix Health (formerly A.D.A.M.) where he brought to market innovative online benefits insurance technology solutions. Prior to joining A.D.A.M., he was the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Verifications, responsible for developing an integrated on-boarding and employment screening solution for HR professionals. During the 1990‘s he worked for Melita International as Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Corporate Development where he introduced key innovations to the call center market. Mr. Lamb attended Columbia University and received a BS in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
Chris Whipple brings more than 30 years of successful multifamily supplier experience to the CallMaX leadership team. His strategic sense and attention to detail have helped CallMaX position itself as a leading call and communications management company in the multifamily industry. Since joining the company in 2010, Mr. Whipple has led our national sales team to achieve record growth for CallMaX. He previously served as the Director of Strategic Development for AmRent’s multifamily resident screening products and spent 22 years with Network Multifamily, ultimately as the EVP Sales, Marketing and Field Operations. Mr. Whipple studied at Barry University and received his Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University College of Business Administration.
Christina Edwards has been Director of Operations since 2013 and was CallMaX‘s first employee. She has over 10 years of multifamily experience, managing all aspects of operations as the company has grown. Mrs. Edwards now manages a team of quick-thinking implementation specialists whose main goal is to mold CallMaX into the perfect call management system for each and every client. She also oversees our Accounting and HR departments and is known throughout the company as “C-Drive” because of her incredible memory. Mrs. Edwards graduated cum laude with a BS in Business Administration and a Master‘s Degree in Operations Management from Kennesaw State University.
Sandy Rogers joined CallMaX in 2008 as our first Corporate Trainer where she developed and implemented our current training curriculum. Over the years she nurtured special relationships with many of our clients and naturally grew into the position of Director of Training & Customer Service. Ms. Rogers believes that Customer Satisfaction is CallMaX‘s number one service and is passionate about mentoring her team and giving them the tools to provide outstanding Customer Support. Prior to joining CallMaX Ms. Rogers co-founded several businesses in the building and remodeling industries where she learned the importance of meeting and exceeding customer‘s expectations. A native of Colombia she speaks fluent Spanish, French and English. Ms. Rogers majored in Psychology and Public Relations at the University of Alabama.
Neil Sambol rejoined CallMaX in 2016. We say “rejoined” because Neil was the first engineer to work at CallMaX, where he developed and rolled-out the original CallMaX user interface. In his current role, his primary goal is to make the CallMaX suite of services even more intuitive, easy to use and fun. He has a 20-year career in technology with a decade of experience in engineering leadership. He was most recently the Executive Director of Engineering at Amplify Learning. He has expertise in telecommunications (Syntellect, Melita, Witness Systems), mobile applications (Amplify), satellite communications (DIRECTV), information security (Hewlett-Packard), and user-focused interface design (Amplify). Mr. Sambol has earned a BA in Computer Science (minor in philosophy) from Iona College and a master’s degree in Theology from Yale University.
Jason Pace joined the company in 2009 and has been instrumental in the technological advances and applications that apartment communities enjoy from CallMaX today. Mr. Pace led a team of engineers in the development of the CallMaX mobile app in 2013 and The Package App in 2014. He has more than 14 years of experience in Information Technology, with 8 years of experience in software development and project management, GUI design, Windows and UNIX operating systems engineering and administration and extensive customer service experience. Prior to joining CallMaX Mr. Pace served as a Software Developer for AT&T and IT Computing Services, Inc. He was also a Product Support Specialist for Lynk Systems, Inc. and Pathfire. Mr. Pace received a BS in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University.
Kelly Quattlebaum has more than 10 years of experience in marketing and public speaking. In her current role as the Director of Marketing & National Accounts for CallMaX she manages the company‘s national accounts, customer retention program, brand, website, social media presence, keyword text campaigns, email marketing, direct mail campaigns, tradeshow marketing and advertising (digital and print). Mrs. Quattlebaum has been a guest speaker and moderator at apartment association events and conferences including NAA Student Housing, Brainstorming, Crittenden and First Coast Apartment Association. As a former social media trainer, she is considered an expert in this field with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. Her background in social media and Internet marketing give her an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing. Mrs. Quattlebaum graduated summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a BS in Communication and speaks English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
Susan Stroud has worked on the supplier side since beginning her career in the multifamily industry in 2005. Currently she has multiple roles, serving as Vice President – Professional Solutions, Vice President of Sales – National Accounts, and Regional Sales Manager at CallMaX. She has experience in marketing, call and contact management solutions, property management software integration, leasing lead capture/tracking/conversion, web development and hosting, search engine optimization, intranet population/management, and online leasing solutions. She is uniquely positioned to consult with both internal and external clients. Mrs. Stroud serves on numerous apartment association committees at local affiliates as well at the National Apartment Association. She completed the NAA Supplier Success Course in 2014, obtained her CAS (Certified Apartment Supplier) designation in 2015 and is a 2016 NAA Leadership Lyceum candidate.
